Ways to Instantly Feel Better

Feeling out of sorts at times is completely normal. Sometimes the weather, personal circumstances or something unforeseen just gets you down. Before you get too discouraged, here are some ways to help you feel better instantly and take your mind off things. 

Exercise

Exercise is one of the best mood boosters out there, but it is very underutilized. Although working out may be the last thing you feel like doing right now, it really will make a huge difference. Not only will it help distract you from whatever is stressing you at the moment, but it will also allow your body to release endorphins, which help make you feel happy. 

Practice Self-Care
